I purchased a new Verus 20 months ago. It had all the bells and whistles, everything was in sync. I run Pro Demand and Mitchell SE as my labor and shop management programs. Six months after purchase the Pro Demand looses sync with my Verus. I call snap-on, they say I got to pay for update to link them back, I already pay about 300 a month for Pro Demand and Mitchell , this is all the same company. So basically they are double dipping me, Snap on owns all of these companies. Any way I update and still wont sync. I get on phone death hold finally get a guy who wants me to do a basically reprogram of the Verus. I am like , heck , I cannot do this . Anyone have a solution for this. They sell me a product , I pay good money, in perfect working order , now all the functions are not working. My Snap On guy has been coming buy 30 years , good guy. I cannot imagine Snap On knows of this collusion. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

As long as you are on the current update, then SureTrack should work. If it doesn't, Make sure you have a good internet connection, and that there are no webiste blockers in use(possibly you are at a school of public utility that does stuff like that).
If that doesn't work, a re-image will probably repair it. SureTrack is pretty seamless.
Did you really have a long hold time with Tech Support? I haven't seen that happen in probably 10 years or more.
