    17.2 Update Change Log

I know that I and others have asked for this repeatedly but I am still waiting...

Why can Snap-On not give us a list of the changes/enhancements that they add or modify when they create a new software update. It would really be nice to see what features have been added or fixed with each update. It should be no problem as I am sure the programmers have a list of the items they are or have been working on. In my opinion its no different than any other software update from any other computer programmer. I would be more interested in the software type changes such as being able to manage the vehicle history files better that I see they have added. I have watched the video highlighting vehicle coverage enhancements at https://snapon.app.box.com/s/95xqnxu...4ijoxyhz2viarn

I would love to see some improvements to data managing, the work order format, saving additional files attached to the work order so I don't have to manually add them etc...

Maybe it's time to revisit the verus wish list I started over 6 years ago.

Thanks for posting the link to the video. Very cool presentation with Harley Davidson coverage added to 17.2. I hope they send a free patch for the Issue with the Ford communication Billcat was having.

Nice link! Would add.. The Passthrough 3 and a GM subscription works great, for almost everything GM related. The new Ford evap functions sound like they need some personal attention. I've seen a few lately. Skipped the foreign end, Lol.
I still agree, a standard update punch chart is in order.

GM MDI works fine back to 1996,as do some others.I haven't used PTP 3,but having some small knowledge of computers,"to fast" sounds like a lot of horse hockey.I would bet on a driver issue.
Having worked at GM dealers for many years I've had a lot of experience with the tech line and results and level of competence can vary as with any call center.
