First off, I have a Verus Pro (D10).
So I made the mistake of updating my version of shop stream from the website. I upgraded to 16.2.1, but apparently even though snapon has the download files on their website to update shopstream, they don't have anything to update the license files. I'm now getting an error "A problem was detected with the authorization of this application. Please contact customer care."
I contacted snapon and the rep told me as far as he knows the files for my machine don't even exist anymore. I've tried the snapon restore applications on the D drive as well as a few other things, but nothing is reverting it back to 15.4 (which is still what my license is for).
Would anyone happen to have their installer for 15.4? If your machine runs that version of the software it's on your D drive and shouldn't come with any personal information or anything like that.
