24.4 Update Installed, slower boot-up time (read edit: now a little faster boot-up)

1-20240923_222731_HDR.jpg 24.4 update downloaded & installed without a problem. The machine still works fine and normal.
There is no available write-up from Snap-On for this release, yet, (as I write this), so not sure about what's new, except I see Guided Component Tests are now up to 2023.
1.5GB download, btw

However, my boot-up time is longer.
24.2 boot: 00:56
24.4 boot: 01:12 (getting faster with each re-boot, originally 01:18)

Maybe a later Service Release will improve the boot time; we'll see. Or maybe Windows needs to "organize" itself after the update and requires more running time. I don't know.

Edit: After several reboots, boot-time is now 00:54!

Yeah, that's a handy guide for coverage. People knock Snap-On scanners but I don't think Autel, Launch, etc. tell you what they can do for each model -- you just have to find out for yourself with each vehicle.

btw, I asked Jason, the Youtube Snap-On guy, why no Topology. He said Snap-On doesn't think the whole topology thing is reliable, yet. Sounds to me like Snap-On doesn't want to add a gimmick to their scanners just because everyone else does.

The coverage guide wont tell you either , just says special functions on Ford. But which ones work ??
