    Verus and Lojack

Has anyone installed lojack on there Verus?

Would this software work with the Verus platform?

If it does work this would be a good way to protect the tool. As many shop owners know sometimes the techs using the tools do not take care of the tool like they would if they were paying for it.

Example if the tool were left in a vehicle which does happen (not stolen) this would help protect your investment.

If I upgrade to the verus I will be doing more research into this for securing my investment.

    RE :- LoJack

On reading this, I remembered about this https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/LoJack_for_Laptops
and guessed this could possibly do all you wish.

      RE:-)) Lol Jack

After 17.2 update Atlas will awaken it somehow and it will acts like a Rootkit or Trojan and tablet become unresponsive, and you won't be able to disable it. Snappy won't warranty it,.You'll wish you had just paid $50 to insure it, and say good bye to it.Let Snappy tell you it's ok to run it first, and get it in writing, Lol Jack , good luck with that What if you think it was stolen you activate it, but the customer returns it the next day but you can't access the bios to turn it off , because Snappy locks the bios on it and you need to send it in?
