please help me are advise
i lent my friend my machine to diagnose a fault i got it back saying security error. contact your snap on representative machine was working perfect prior to lending it ive googled it and found its a update lock are something i dunno i need this asap to work please can someone help me lee

well its well knackered now seams he tryed to update copy from another machine to mine files and locked mine out can i restore my old files to machine from cf card are is it a job for snap on mine was 9.2 now its 11.2

Sorry, No you cannot do system restore back to 9.2 because your friend removed all the files when he copied the 11.2 onto your Solus.

What you can do is purchase another CF card with the 9.2 bundle on it, you will need to check with your dealer on the cost. If you have an invoice from your original purchase of 9.2 (this will prove you own the license) you can re-license the new CF and restore you Solus at a fraction of the cost of a new bundle (make your friend pay for it).

hi again thanks for your reply ok he has my old 9.2 backup on his computer i can see all my folders there
can i buy a cf card and put the files on it and plug into my snapon machine will i be able to restore it back to the 9.2 what it once was kinest regards lee
