peugeot 106 non starter - simple question

Hi all, back to basics, looking at a peugoet 106 which originally had a intermittent misfire and codes for injectors, previous guy removed injectors then refitted now doesnt run .

So a job i can get my hands into hopefully, so this a question reguarding using the live screen data, (normally- use my machine as a code reader), so always learning.

In live screen data, while cranking, the engine rpm data line records no value at all, i presume i should see a rpm signal of some value ie 750 ,800 etc

Cranking RPM is less than 700, but certainly more than 0... I also see no change in intake vacuum and TPS voltage is too low as well. I would start by reconnecting the harness and try again

i thought i should see something , yes the air box is off the car along with some other items, the ecu has been sent away and returned no fault found, so im starting with the crank signal, probably the wrong place but gota start somewhere

Update - broken crank wiring

Apologies for l ate reply on this, update is she is cured, crankwiring damaged, found a couple of breaks on the wiring,rather than the loom looking like a patch work quilt, customer was informed of findings and supplied us with a replacement engine bay loom, i can guess where they got it from, but it was in immaculate condition.
