    Ford mondeo Tdci non start injector programing

    Hi All I have just programed the injectors on my 2002 Ford mondeao
    please can i check that, the solus pro cylinder one means number one injector
    Cyl l relate to inj 1
    Cyl 2 to inj 2
    Cyl 3 to inj 3
    Cyl 4 to inj 4

    I Have Programed them in that order order

    Usually they are entered in firing order, so youenter as cylinder 1 inj 1, cylinder 2will be inj 3, cyl 3 inj 4, cyl4 inj 2, on a 1342 firing order

      What software is your pro?
      It depends.
      Your solus should give you specific instruction on what order to code it in,everytime I do it there is a quite long instruction on screen and it says
      inj1 cyl1
      inj2 cyl3
      inj3 cyl4
      inj4 cyl2

      Post more details of the car pls?
      It shouldn't make car non start.

        IDT7 is correct..the on screen instructions will ask you which cylinder relating to inj number you want to code...really straight forward and shouldnt have contributed to the non start condition..unless you have an underlying fault with one or more of youre injectors,have you checked for fault codes??
        worth doing a spill test on the injector return flow aswell.

          this mondeo faults can turn from simple fault to absolute epic pain in the a...ss
