Solud Ultra S@#*T also Hidden password

Solus Ultra, 12.5 software in the last week I fitted a steering module Inc CC & trip computer
Into an Audi A4 B6 2002 with drastic consequences. When I go into expert mode to code it into the car system it slows down and freezing up.
Because of the freezing and slowing down it has now caused more friggin problems.
A pile of junk. Had a Solus pro before this and had no issues coding was a done with no problems
It never froze or slowed.
Anyone any ideas?
I removed the battery ect ect but nothing stops it from doing this.
Ready to turn it into a brick and a bad investment.
Also when in expert mode go into special functions it asks for a password contact your snap-on
Rep “WHAT IS THAT ALL ABOUT“ my rep does not know.
Called snap-on help line took me 3 days to get through to be told never heard of it.

Try asking the dealer to reload the software,my Modis locks up somtimes and is fussy about the battery being charged fully.

Windows is sh1te and thats the operating system,the dealers are non commital with regard to how the scanners work etc so they cant tell you something that is not true and scan lines are hard to get through too as they are always busy,guess why ?

If it's still under warranty get the dealer to return it for repair but try the re-boot first.

Had bother with Solus pro too,having bought SO for the past 40 years they really have gone down the pan and its the same old story,kak from China at little cost sold for a fortune later .
