hello i want to update an ethos to bundle version 13.2 ive installed shopstream connect to my pc but the program says there is no software update. theSnap-on website suggests otherwise what am i doing wrong thanks? Dan from limerick

What version of SSC software?

What version do you have? At any rate, only the service release comes through SSC. You will have to buy 13.2 from your Snap-on dealer.

As far as SSC version, go to the top of the screen select >Help>About . The last US version release was 8.3.0.6. The UK version should be similar.

The Ethos devise is borrowed im trying to update it to return the favor. Im not trying to update SSC

Not sure what a Toyota Altezza is or what JDM means, probably different term here in the U.S.. I will check to see what the latest version of 11.2 for GB on ETHOS.
