P0327 CEL, hesitation and poor idle 2000 Malibu 3.1

174k mile 3.1 Chevy Malibu LS I pulled a P0327 code , but no misfire or lean codes, but saw I had fuel trims in the negative (rich)territory with generic OBD code reader, data reader, so i checked for clogged air filter and leaking fuel pressure regulator, but all was good, so looked at the knock sensor wire and it looked connected. I cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor and when accelerating and didn't hear pinging or feel like the exhaust was restricted but idle still seemed a little rough and lopey, and a hesitation could be felt from a stop at times. I graphed the TP sensor and saw no drop outs.
I figured I was going to have to see more PIDS and misfire history , so I grabbed my Port Freight 08 and saw nothing in misfire history, but No CMP sensor and No 24X Crankshaft sensor rpm? Funny thing ,No codes for either 24 x crank sensor or the Camshaft sensor though. Have the new knock sensor for the CEL light that I don't think is going to resolve this one's problem.

No Cam Signal , No 24X signal , No Tach, No Misfire counts

Poor Idle Quality hesitation more of a priority than a P0327 Knock Sensor Code. Found all Cam Sensor wires and 24X Crank Sensor wires had good continuity back to their respective pins of PCM connectors, but the red and white wire for the CMP sensor showed unwanted continuity to ground. Found the wire pinched between corner of upper plenum and lower intake manifold next to alternator. Loosened bolts ,Freed trapped wire and gooped it over with liquid electrical tape, tuck it back in tubing ,and everything now reads including cluster tachometer and now can see it reads misfire counts on cylinders 1 and 6, so this turd still idling a little rough but running better none the less. Not seeing P0327 knock sensor code yet either , so I'm holding off on the Knock Sensor replacement. (KS wire checked ok to PCM terminal, too)Jeez what a Turd Just Want to get it through the test lane but now a pending P0300 code and noticed a rapping noise from motor when cold. Plugs look running lean on 1 and 6 even though LTFT are a little in the negative territory, Fresh gas and injector cleaner not too much help. All injectors ohmed out about 12.5. Checked Compression on #6 is 180 PSI,so it's fine. Got to wonder if who replaced the intake gasket , besides trapping a harness wire , maybe didn't torque down few of the rocker arms enough. These GMs are supposed to be too easy.

I should have just made sure the Bosch Double platinum plugs were all at .060 instead of replacing all of them with AC Delco ones because these Bosch plugs actually did have real center electrodes instead of the spark plugs that I hate that just have a speck in the center of the ceramic. A fuel injector balance test confirmed less flow (pressure drop)from injectors 1 and 6 than the rest.
First time I used this Injector balance test on a GM .My MT2500 (with black cartridge with coverage through 2005)did not have this test yet in the menu for this 2000 MY car yet) I don't know what year S.O.added Injector Balance.
When the injector of choice is activated ,it sounds to be rapidly pulsed duty cycle, not simply just turned on, and then off.
