2003 3.5 Hyundai SanteFe Rust belt timing belt job

Any body run into having the Harmonic balance r being frozen onto the pilot of crank shaft sprocket and or roll pin , and if you pull real hard on the harmonic balancer the crankshaft sprocket wants to pull outward with the damper? There are no threaded holes in the damper to push against the crank shaft sprocket, and pulling outward will a large 3 jaw puller with a pin in the hole against the crank shaft will certainly result in likely destruction of the vanes on the crank sprocket, crankshaft sensor , and lower timing cover breakage, and if things not set at TDC on #1 then you really Turd yourself.
Anyone run into this situation before , and what was your solution ? Looks like No Win Win on this one . "They call me The Turdy Gurdy Man singing songs of The Cubs" Donovan?

Did you try some "love taps" around the base of the balancer hub with an impact hammer while having some pressure on it from the puller ? With a generous amount of penetrant.

Not yet but pulling hard enough with my hands it feels like the sprocket is stuck to the damper but already feel spring back, The sprocket will start to walk outward slightly on the crank Snout with the harmonic balancer stuck like a rusty wheel onto to an axle hub so held off . There are No holes in damper to get the air hammer punch into against the Crankshaft sprocket for love tapping ,Im thinking , bring it to TDC on #1. Have a new $90 Rock Auto Harmonic balancer on hand , drill a couple holes , just breaking through through the old damper hub 180 degrees apart hit it with penetrant through the newly drilled holes, just contacting the crank sprocket , then try some love taps through the holes with air hammer as I pull outwards. If still stuck , maybe even tap some threads into the 2 holes for a couple bolts and with tapered tip self tapping style bolts gradually tighten them bolts while heating inside with a torch, kinda like the threaded holes in a drum or rotor. Not much else I can think of . Hate to damage the crank shaft sprocket , so I'll probably have the customer order a new one from Amazon . The Achilles Heel roll pin of the original already appears rust compromised anyway , so like a new OE bolt, an aftermarket sprocket and Harmonic balancer need to be on hand before I pull the crank bolt off again for another shot at it, thanks
