1994 7.3 power stroke : Scanner unable to communicate with PCM , cannot find any blown fuses

#1 check the cigarette lighter fuse, pcm uses same circuit.
#2 the 7.3 diesels from 1994 threw 2002 pcm"s need to be manually identified. do not use auto vin, simply turn off auto vin in your settings.
#3 double check that the fuel bowel heater fuse is there. not uncommon to find it gone. people will remove it when the heater shorts out. -

All fuses are good, I believe that is fuse #13
This is an early 1994 The data port is under the hood, and the scanner gets power directly from the battery
I have a breakout box, but no longer have access to the diagnostics software.
I'm thinking its the ECM but I no longer have any Known good ECM' to test with.Comment
