torque wrench fail

sorry to post this here, but i have a tech3fr250 torque wrench. while working on girlfriend's Subaru, my wrench came up with "ucal" on the display. called my rep, and he answered on a Sunday (great guy) and he said he has never seen or heardof it. lookedon line, searches resulted in zilch....
was wondering if anyone has seen this, thanks in advance, chris
am expecting a repair bill in the future......

torque wrench.

Just an up date. Heard from my Snap On rep. He forwarded a response from the repair dept. Seems the wrench has tho go in to be reprogrammed, then calibrated for a flat fee of $82.00. I would not be bothered by this but it was purchased in April of 2012, and had only been out of the case maybe 8 times for lug nuts. Oh well, just venting, dropping it to my rep tomorrow.
