Vantage pro won't connect to pc

What do I need to do to get my Vantage Pro to connect to Shopstream connect.I don't have the connect to pc option in the utilities folder.the firmware is 06.15 and software is 1.0.0 build 764

This option became available in the 7.4 Bundle of software for the Vantage Pro. So if you have not updated your software since OCT. 1 2007, then you would not have this option. Here is a link to information about 7.4.

An alternative would be to save your files to a CF card and use a CF card reader on your PC to read the files. You could then navigate to it using ShopStream Connect on your PC and open, view or share your files.
