It goes to Mitchell because SnapOn owns it. We have been trying to get a link from reading DTC's to the Troubleshooter for years and have reminded them repeatedly about what the brick used to do. The other link we want is to go to the CTM from reading the DTC or the Troubleshooter.

I can see your point if you never gotten use to checking your codes and reversing to where the troubleshooter is located on the code menu to check them out, this can be time consuming.

If there was some way to offer both...I would be all for it!!

Just do not take my quick links away to do this.
Basically my point was how about puting a link to trouble shooter so we don't have to go back. If they can put a web link for added help when you pull a code why not a link for trouble shooter??? Seems like a reasonable request to me. The other guys asking for sites maybe not so much....

We had a brick before getting a new solus pro a few months back...

The shop I work for has a motor alldata subscription. I have seen the Mitchell on demand site but have not really used it much. some things were more difficult to find on that site. Either way I don't have extra money for a subscription like that. I spend enough on tools and now I need a larger tool box. Sometimes I wish had the $$$ instead... LOL

CTM is the Component Test Meter. It is the Vantage Pro files built into all of the tools Modis and above. You are far from alone in knowing what it is. I can't count how many techs who have this tool do not even know it exists.
