Hello I’m new here, having a issue with my legend scanner it’s upgraded to 21.2 When trying to scan a Harley it will auto id, but when I try and scan the bike it will give me a message saying it can’t communicate and if the ignition is on.it’s connected it has the green light indicating it has power. I’ve tried it on 3 different Harley’s all with the same result. Any suggestions?
