    ShopStream file data flawed?

I noted a discrepancy in scan data between a movie file loaded into ShopStream compared with the same file viewed directly from the MODIS. In ShopStream, max vehicle speed is indicated at @84 mph.

When viewed from the MODIS Saved Data menu, the movie shows a top speed of @ 53 mph.

    What gives?

I tried to upload screen captures, but the files need to be manipulated to fit the upload limits. If I get time I'll try to get them uploaded. They can be viewed in the Snap-On handheld user group forum on IATN.

The file was saved with Scanner Speed/Distance Units set to MPH. ShopStream Connect is displaying the data in KPH even though the units are shown as MPH. This will happen with other scanner units settings when changed from the defaults.

Is this something that will be fixed, or do I need to reset to all the default settings?

There should be an update soon that takes care of this. I don't have a specific date I can pass along.
