looking at buying the Ethos but need help

Ok.I work by day as a bus engineer mobile up and down the uk, we use cummins ,man and
Merc 904 engines, will the ethos read these engine types?
Also I'm looking at buying the full kit with all leads and keys as I work at weekends in a local
Workshop free lance so I need it for all cars, how good is the ethos on fault diagnoses and
Will it do things like airbag lights and faults,abs and service lights on fiats and alfas?

Here's a complete list of coverage for the UK Solus-Pro, and Version 8.4 Software.

Keep in mind the Ethos coverage will be identical, but you won't have any Functional Tests (Bi-directional), or Troubleshooter. If those things are important to you, get a Solus-Pro instead of the Ethos. I know it's more expensive, but spending any money on a tool that doesn't do what you need is more expensive than getting the right one.

Ok good point, well made! Can I turn off airbag lights on a volvo with the ethos? What sort of things
Can be done with the solas pro?

Look at pages 4 & 5 of the link Joe sent you. Volvo coverage is very light with the UK software and the US version is Global OBDII only and that is with all Snap-on scanner platforms.

I've made the desition and I'm I'm going for the solus pro as a full unresricted kit all leads
And keys.

Ok I went and brought the solus pro, question is this what's the diffrance between the solus and solus pro,
I get it within the next 10 days as I've ordered it with no restrictions all leads and keys, and my
Snap on man is outa stock.
Can't wait and play shame though as the day after I get it I go to florida for 3 weeks. Don't know
What I'm looking forward to most solus pro or mickey mouse?
