After identifying a vehicle (usually Toyota) by VIN I can see on the data display that there are pending codes, only problem is there seems to be no way to display them. I've tried EOBD to no avail.
what year toyota? on 96-01 toyota vehicles; when i get crazy readings or cannot get something to work like pending codes, i switch to legacy mode if i'm in the other.
