Do you have a smoke machine, That would be great place to start. You can also use your scanner and use functional test to toggle the Evap components to see if they are working. Good luck

I think you should just check the following parts, these maybe causing the problem.

1. gas cap
2. fuel lines
3. carbon canister
4. purge valve
5. and other hoses

it may not be an obd issue after all. This is just a minor fix and you can just replace what is broken.
