    Snap On software 9.4

    Hi all,

I own the Snap On Solus Pro, which I have had for a few months. I have not got a lot of experience using it to date, but some people on different forums are putting the view forwards that Snap On diagnostic equipment, i.e. Solus, Solus Pro, Modis and the Versus don't advise of the correct fault codes when they are stored in relation to the actual fault the vehicle has?

Would anyone be able to confirm or dismiss this claim please on an honest unbiased basis. I was thinking of investing in more Snap On diagnostic equipment, but I am kind of taking a back seat now at the moment because I am unsure about the investment.

Hi. I have 3 scanners and use them all . Sometimes i am in doubt and will use another scanner. The Most Times They are both on the same Page I have seen where the ftps readings that Solus pro gives are way wrong. That is something that snap on has to fix. The voltage readings were right on. I am sure one can find fault with just about any scanner around.I have been reading up on the Versus and it does seem to be full of problems. One day they will be fixed I am sure. The Solus and the Solus Pro are a pretty good all around scanner's at least for what I use it for. I have no real Problems with snap on Solus Pro Scanner nor did i have any real Bad Problems with my Solus that I had before.I must admit that The Solus Pro does way more than the other two scanners/ The other Scanners just read P codes. The Price reflects that as well. I guess I am just easy To Please..lol Keep smiling
