no comm with 04 and 05 fords

i'm having trouble communicating with several vehicles most recently 04 and 05 ford products. our scanner is a solus with the 9.2 version update. did not seem to have this problem til after software upgrade. would appreciate some feed back ps no comm. happens with all modules does not comm in generic mode either.

It's unlikely that it's related to the update. You probably have a bad key, connecor or cable. Swap them out one at a time until it works correctly. If that doesn't help, call the Tech Line. It may need to go in for repair.

Have your dealer do a system recovery and see if that helps.
