    modis keys

    hi i have swaped my solus pro in this week for a new modis but i am not sure if i have the full kit as was told by my dealer it came with 8.4 software and he said he would upgrade to 9.4 but had to wait for new card as the 1 that came with it was not big enough ok fair enough i said that was last wensday 24/2/10 i have just counted the keys that have came with it and i am 4 short i think which is s31 s32 s62 s64 my souls pro 9.4 came with a full set of 31 keys this set has only 27 is this correct or have i been missed lead please could some 1 let me now what the full modis kit should have with thanks very much chris

      There are some new keys, and some other Keys are no longer needed.

          Modis keys K-7A, K-13A, K-23, K-27, S-21

          This link (below) from Joe Rappa is helpful but I still have some questions...

          I'm using a MODIS running 9.2 software with Euro.

          Is the K-7A a replacement for the K-7 key?
          Is the K13-A a replacement for the K-13 key?

          If I have a K-7 and a K-13, do I still need to get the newer keys?

          What is the K-23 key used for? It isn't on the list in the chart from the link below.

          If I have a K-7 and a K-15 do I still need to get a K-27 to cover all the Mitsubishi/Chrysler imports?

          If I have all the other Mercedes keys do I still need to get the S-21 key to have full model coverage?

              The K7, K8, K13A, K18 and K23 are no longer used.
              The K-7A is a replacement for the K-7 key.
              The K-13 is a replacement for the K-13A key.

              If you have a K-7A and a K-15 you will need to get a K-27 to cover all the Mitsubishi/Chrysler imports.
