    2006 Chevy Trailblazer Tranny Cooler Lines

    Anyone ever do tranny cooler lines on a chevy trailblazer, I have to do a set on Thursday and was wonderin if anyone had any pointers on getting them out easily.

    are you replacing them due to a leak at a crimped rubber connection? if so, you can cut the crimp, double flare the end, and put stock trans cooler hose on it. that may make life a litte easier for you and save the customer some money at the same time.

      no unfortunately they are both rotted and need replaced the whole way. I just thought if someone had done these before and had any pointers that would be great.

        Hey for anyone out there that has to do these, I ended up removing the crossmember that supports the transmission and removing the exhaust pipe. I lowered the transmission down and was able to get to the lines going into the transmission. Hopefully this helps anyone out there who has to do these.
