micro scope

The micro scope we have at work is not turning on at all. Its a eeos300a I plugged it in, and nothing, let charge for a couple of hours and still nothing. Looked inside and I noticed one led on out of three. Tried with pluged in and with out still nothing. Could this be a bad batt. inside? and would that ceep it from comeing on even when its plugged in?

Idle serging on a 94 acura integra. Have replaced the idle air control valve. Still has irracted idling?
