deleted my cf card please help me

ok guys i really messed up tonight and deleted my cf card.
has anyone done this before?
do i now need to take the latest update to sort it or can i have the last one i paid for put back on .
please help me, i am very stressed out right now and it would really help if i could get a swift reply so maybe i might get some sleep.

Get an RMA and send in the unit.

i spoke to them today and they where spot on . i must say the support from the snap on team is fantastic.they are going to send me a cf card that should sort the problem out.
