Ford focus with code P2336

Hi I'm after help with a focus fault
I've scanned it and got code P2336 no 1 cylinder above knock threshold.
The car smokes and runs rough and will not rev,
I've removed the injectors and found cylinder 1 to be flooded.
Tried shopping injectors over on cylinders 1 and 2 but then car does not start at all.
I think the problem is injector 1 but has anyone else had this problem ?

Hi sorry it's a 2002 DTCI diesel engine with Delphi injection system

do a leak off test on the injectors.
