OK I need some help. I haven't had to program anything for a yr and I am trying to program IP cluster on 08 Chevrolet.

I get this message. App unable to load a required virtual machine component.

I have something not right I cant remember what I did last time.

Does it tell you what component? Do you have the correct version of Java installed?

I bet my Java is messed up. I have windows 7

Most likely is java. Go to ur installed programs and make sure you don't have multiple versions installed. If yes, uninstall all of them, reboot and reinstall from java website. I believe the chevy program also tells you if ur missing something. Either way, make sure ur antivirus programs are not active just to be safe. Good luck!

you need windows 7 pro or executive regular 7 dont work
