Is anyone having an issue with FDRS not seeing the Pass-Thru IV? I went to program a 2020 Explorer and my Pass-Thru wasn't coming up on the list of available devices, and a message would pop up saying it couldn't read the tool.

I have heard of some techs having this issue on other forums. I myself have not needed to program or reflash a Ford product recently. Try downloading FORscan (It's free for basic use) and set the PTP as the interface and see if this programs see the interface. If it does I would contact the FDRS help line.
