any one on vw, realy?

well I am a vw Audi mechanic and in need to learn how to reprogram ecm's I reprogram one vw already but my question is how to remplase one and program it.... Do I have to dive in to the immobilicer...? How to bypass it? Or how to make the ecm / immo relearn ...please help... Do I need in top of my PTP2 THE ROSITECH?

Drew Technologies' website has some great learning videos for each oem, try their site. Also look at Nastf site. http://www.nastf.org/, and ross-tech.com. If its not there maybe a search/post on iATN would help. Good luck, learning this stuff is a challenge.
