If you have windows XP, left click "start" then left click "control panel" then double left click "add or remove programs" The list that appears should show the current version of FMP, left click on it then left click "remove". Hope this is right...I'm not a computer nerd. -
Nope. Thats is how I am trying to do it. I guess I'm gonna have to take it to somebody. Trying to install it on my verus now. I didnt want to put anything extra on it, but I gotta get this truck finished.Comment

I had this same problem, but with me, I installed FMP75 and it wouldn't install properly. Installation kept telling me that the exe was corrupted. Got about 40% in and it would give me a total of 4 errors. Ignored them, but program didn't install properly. Sent an e-mail and never heard from them after a week. Sucks cause I lost the subscription fee. I sent them 2 e-mails and nothing. What a crappy customer service. I guess since they posted FMP75 early, it was corrupted. First time I've ever had a problem with Ford after using them for 6 months. :-/Comment

Well I just went through the same thing with FMP 75. I couldn't get it to install fully, got error codes ut0000 and 102100 or some thing like that. Then it told me to uninstall and try again, but it wouldn't uninstall either. Everytime I tried to remove it, it would try to reinstall. Had to use an uninstall tool called REVO to get rid of it. I down loaded to a second laptop and it worked, so I figured something was conflicting with it that was on the first computer. Then found the problem, my AVG anti virus was messing with the down load. I deactivated AVG and tried again, SUCCESS, working now. Hope this helps if your having problems.Comment

FMP installation errors
Yes, I have posted of the concerns with down loading and installing programs from Ford before;Well I just went through the same thing with FMP 75. Temporarily disable your PC's firewall software
Temporarily disable any internet popup blockers
Temporarily disable any anti-spyware programs
Temporarily disable any anti-virus programs
After installation be sure to return all settings to there prior values
failure to perform this will cause software installation errors
I was working at the Ford dealership when IDS came out, and was handed the task of keeping all IDS units up and operating, that grew to over 17 units in less than 5 years, keeping them up and running, with latest updates took at least 6hrs a week, I have seen just about every failure this software can cause, if you follow these above steps it will greatly reduce errors"I wanna help the helpless, but I could careless about the clueless". Thank you for the input guys. I currently have Avast running on all 3 of the laptops I tried to run FMP75 on. I had them before and never got an error. I'll try all your suggestions next time I install it again. Never occurred to me to disable my antivirus since I've never had a problem before. Guess there's a first time for everything. Thank you guys.
