I feel your pain. I have a Tech 2 with the Isuzu 32MB card and I am unable to flash them through TIS to web.

Maybe someone out there has flashed an Isuzu recently?

I feel that pain too. Work on a fleet of NPR's 2007. I cant flash or reprogram injectors with the tech 2. The Isuzu truck service subscription wants you to use their IDSS. Useing GM TIS they say you can do, even give you the option for the trucks while your attempting to do it. But it always fails. I called ACdelco and they said the Isuzu badged trucks are not supported. So now i got this tech 2 that is more or less useless to me. and my employers dont want to fork out the money for the IDSS and a 1000 dollar subscription. Anyone find another way to do this with out the IDSS?

Errors E4491 and E4423 - Programming ECM

I purchase ACDELCO #12592124 Engine Control Module (ECM Computer) for 2005 CADILLAC CTS 3.6L V6 DOHC.

When try to programm it they have following errors:

1) E4491: Reprogramming error! Check all connections and reset programming interface!
2) E4423: Unknown reprogramming error

Please HELP ME
