    Using Virtual Machines

    Is anyone currently, or has anyone considered using a Windows 7 computer with XP Mode in a Virtual Machine? I have read here that some of the factory software doesn't play nice when loaded on the same computer. A computer that is running a VM for each software would solve this problem. You could call each VM by the name of the manufacturer, and each machine can have it's own settings based on the software requirements. This is basically like having multiple Operating Systems on different partitions on the same computer. I would recommend a desktop or laptop with at least a quad core processor, and 8 gigabytes of ram, and a hard drive of 100GB or better. When the Verus Ultra gets designed, I hope they make the move to Win7 and at least a dual core CPU, to allow flashing from the tool, or using factory software if Atlas is missing something.
