I had an 02 Windstar with lean codes P0171 and P0174. I replace the lower intake bolts and grommets and the clam shell gasket. This cured the lean condition but I thought I'd better check to see if any updates were available per the TSB. there were none, must have been performed already, nut when I exited the flash screen this screen came up asking me if I wanted a backup configuration ? Why would you want a backup configuration ? I clicked NO, get in too much trouble clicking on things I'm not sure of. I assume this is refering to the as built data ?

If you click yes it will save any changes you made to the programable perameters or configuration of the vehicle in the log file. If you scan that vhicle later and dont delete any of your log files it will show what you have changed. I have noticed when i update the ids with the cd"s,after the install the software manager ask"s if you want to delte log files older than 60 days. -
