error code 03004

Went to update my new modus ultra with the newest version thru shopstream, everything downloaded ok then restart the modus and walla update failed wtf!!!! great now I have to wait for my rep to fix it or does someone know what I can do? Unbelievable
So found out it has to go back to California to be fixed....might be three weeks to get it back. I'm not happy it's only a few months old.

Its not likely it has to go in to repair it.
Have you called Customer Care?
Your dealer can recover it.

Thanks for the reply but my dealer was not able to recover it so it had to be sent back. I at least received a loaner until it's back.
