i have a 2004 modis which giving me some problems. just had it update about 7 months ago and now im receiving a unable to connect to vehicle. stating check connections and also list a protid-0x002 and a Ben=G1794 at the bottom of the screen?

More info needed. Is this problem when you connect to any car? Or to a specific make/model/year of car? What version of the software did you update to? I ask, because your new software bundle may have a bug in it. Snap On provides free updates for their software. Think of it like Window Update, for Microsoft computers. See

Hopefully, you will be able to download and install a patch to fix this issue. Otherwise, I think you need to contact your Snap On rep.
