Modis Edge vs Ultra

Besides the Edge is more thin and include oil spec, what's the difference in term of performance of the two unit? (both have 9.2 ver)

I think the edge has access to Intelligent Diagnostics and the ultra does not.

Modis Edge does not have Intelligent Diag. That's only Apollo, Triton and Zeus at the moment.
I don't remember if the Modis Ultra has WiFi or not, but the Modis Edge does.

WiFi will get you Quick Lookups, Suretrack and the ability to do FCA Secure Gateway vehicles.
If the Modis Ultra does have WiFi, then you can do all those things on it too.

Then the only difference would be a thinner scanner and faster processor.

The only difference, is the edge has oil specs/reset procedures..

does at 1K (CAD) a Modis Ultra (19.2 ver) worth the money? Snap On release a Vantage Legend (AKA Vantage Ultra), in my opinion a Modis Ultra are not a obsolete tool (scope for scope)
