Can I get the modis to tell the evap system to go 100% purge?Trying to dianose p0446.Can get canister sol. to go on and off but no where to find purge control.

Hi, Steve, What year, make , Model? Did You look in Functional Tests?

It is a 07 chevy cobalt with 2.2 I am running 8.2 software and I did check in that section may have over looked it

Hi, Steve, Our Modis is at 10.2, I entered Your Cobalt into it and found "Evap Service Bay Test" in the Functional Test Menu. I'll see if I can find a GM product around here that is similiar to Your Cobalt. One of the guys here has a 2007 Impala. I'll take a look at that one first.

Not sure but it may be your software, it's second quarter of 2008 for a 2007 car, it may not be in there.

It's there in 10.2. It may not be in 8.2 because '07 coverage was brand new at the time. The test may have not been written yet.
