If you don't know what an abbreviation in the data list on your SO scan tool means, take a look at the communication software manuals:

If you open the domestic manual and go to page 385, you'll find your answer.

mp_lrn is the leared misfire correction, it should read yes koeo/koer and at all operating ranges.
this parameter indicates if the crankshaft position profile correction software has passed. profile correction software is used(learned)and correct for mechanical inaccuracies in the cranshaft postion wheel tooth spacing.
the correction factors are learned during closed-throttel,non bracking, defueld deceleration in the 60 to 40 mph range after exceeding 60 mph. the misfire monior is not active untill these corrections are learned.

It should not cause a no start even if it says no with the koeo or koer. It can take several miles of driving to run the correction profile. what you want to look for is the ficm_sync this MUST say yes when you are cranking the engine, ficm_sync tells us if the cam/crank sensors are sending a signal to the pcm and ficm. a ficm_sync that says no will cause a no-start.

Yes,cmp, ckp, ficm are all in sync. Did a leak down test on hpo system. No leaks. This truck has had 4 mechanics work on it. And every part is new.inj harness is new. Ins cluster
Is new. Codes are low fuel, forced limited power and lost comm with ins cluster.
Any test u can think of,ive done.we gotta dig deeper on this one

the exact code numbers would be nice lost comm with the instrument cluster sounds like you need to test the comm wires from the pcm to the instument cluster.
