As you may know if you have been using Chinese IMMO tools for key programming or immobilizer access, most are now requiring NASTF verification for further use. I'm not sure of the exact process of how this will work, maybe different by tool manufacturer. But anyways since this would seem to limit any liability for the tool manufacturer I'm wondering if Snap On has any plans of adding IMMO functions to it's tools.

Not sure on that Bob, it would be great but S.O. never seemed to want to get into IMMO systems. It took awhile even with simple Ford PATS systems. As far as the Chinese tools, a lot of these bypass that process. I bought the Auro OtoSys IM100 when it first came out, I could get the PIN number from Mopar Skim modules, even the factory tool cannot do that. There is a workaround for everything and these tools seem to have a lot of them. My shop had a Locksmith ID several years back but they let it expire do to costs and our mobile locksmith is great and not too pricey. And you need a lot of knowledge on these systems as well, info is not that easy to get sometimes, and with the push of a button you can mess things up badly! Just my thoughts.
