I'm interested in buying one of these but I'd like to know if it's capable of actually triggering modules? Can I enter service mode for electronic parking brakes?

Being the info on the site shows Functional tests I would assume it does. But just to make 100% sure call tech support and ask them. -
It does every bi-direction control that all other Snap-on, so if you know another scanner that does it, then yes, so does the mt2600.
If you don't know that info, post the VIN and I'll tell you. Or call tech support as Steve suggested.
