UK owners: im making a list of NON reads to supply to SNAPON UK

As the tittle says,
UK owners, if you plug in and the tool wont read, screen says:
'Make sure the tool is connected !!'

I will be forwarding a list to SNAP ON to check compatibility.

List the cars here or pm me: MAKE - MODEL/YEAR & system trying to access: eg : airbags etc etc, also please include your software version.

I've started the list:

FORD FOCUS - 2005 - eng (9.2)
NISSAN PRIMERA - 2002 - abs (9.2)

I am not convinced Snap On would take the information you supply to them seriously if;

1/ The wiring at the DTC connector has not been checked out, and
2/ The software version of the Snap On device is outdated?

Newer software may have updated information to fix previously known issues?

As i get the failed reads, i am already mailing them to SNAP UK SCAN LINES,and have spoken with them on the phone.
Ive just checked my history of airbag reads, and 2 weeks back, a 52 plate almera was successful on airbag read.

Just registered on the nissan forum,hopefully get the info for correct flashcode reading of the air bag circuit for uk spec.
