Can the modis reprogram speedometers?I have a 2001 ford mustang the gear ratio has been changed and IDS will not let me chage the ratio to what the customer has in the car.The new ratio is 3.73

No the Modis cannot program the speedo.

I believe that the lines of data that you want to change are NOT a function of a complete reflash or programmer. Ford and Mazda both have some lines of data that can easily be changed at any time without a "reflash" but for that year you will need an NGS, WDS or the new scan tool VCS?. Then you go to what call programable options i think it was. May be easier to have someone just do it for you, quick and easy. Good luck
