HI I am thinking on buying a ETHOS Deluxe scanner.I have been looking over the net at all information I could get ..The dealer said it would do functional tests..I cant find where it says it will do ABS Brake Bleeding on Bosch ABS Systems..I did find it for the Solus can any one answer this for me ..thanks

If memory serves me correctly the Ethos is a Graphing code and data reader, no bi-directional controls. I would go with the Solus, you will get so much more for you money!

Steve is correct. The Ethos does not include any bi-directional functions so you will not have ABS Bleeding in that tool. The Solus PRO is the way to go. It is a little more costly, but well worth the money for the additional functionality and the Troubleshooter software that is included in the package.

Thanks for the info..The dealer that I was talking about this unit said it would lock the solenoids and able to do brake bleeds was specific he said for my car 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix..I guess i recieved wrong information then again Thanks
