Why are you trying to download ScanBay? -
I’ve formatted my sdcard by mistake,so I found that this software return it to live,in my country no one could fix it,they want to send it to Italy ,so any help will be appreciated.Comment

Scanbay is not something that is available separately. It is part of the Snap-on Franchisee management software.
Maybe see if you can get Tech Support to send you a new card if there isn't a local franchisee to help you out.

even if you had the software to install on your PC it would not do you any good because you will need a password and username that snap on only gives to Snap on sales representatives.
