    Problem with product registration

    Hello to all members of the forum, first of all I want to apologize for my English.

    I am trying to register a Sun PDL 3000 through the ShopStream Connect app, I have seen in the user manual that when I run the application in administrator mode and connect the machine to the computer, a screen should appear to be able to do it but it does not appear, I would like to be able to register it to be able to remove the 30 second warning every time I make a diagnosis, I would appreciate any help that would solve the problem, thank you very much, regards.

    Estoy intentando registrar una Sun PDL 3000 a traves de la app ShopStream Connect, he visto en el manual de usuario que cuando ejecuto la aplicacion en modo administrador y conecto la maquina al ordenador deberia de salir una pantalla para poder acerlo pero no me aparece, me gustaria poder registrarla para poder quitar el aviso de los 30 segundos cada vez que hago un diagnostico, agradeceria cualquier ayuda que me resolviera el problema, muchas gracias un saludo​

          US customer service should have given you the information on who to contact, I don't know why they didn't..I did a google search and came up with this, hope its correct.
