Keys and cable interchange on older solus

Will the cables and keys interchange between a eesc310A and a eesc310B?

My 310B is dead and found 310 A on eBay but comes with no cables or keys

$ is cheap enough just want to make sure they will work

Yes, cables and keys are totally interchangeable between scanners that use them.
