frames per second (time basis of a frame)

I am using a Solus Pro. I've looked in the User Manual, this forum, and generally online but so far haven't found this answer.

What is the time basis of a frame? Once per second?

Also, can this be changed?

Why are you looking to do this? I don't think you can change it.

You are limited based on what the Vehicle manufacture has designed into the ECU.
