Hi all new to the web site, I have a solus pro and question about keys

I just acquired a two year old solus pro 10.2 with 15 keys. The seller has not gotten back to me on which personality keys belong to which vehicles. I have looked up on snapons web site but for some reason, some of the keys are not listed. Is there a link that has ALL keys for which vehicles?

Thanks a bunch. Cannot wait to start using it.

hi the solus unit will tell you which key you need on which vehicle you are plugging into, the most common keys you will use is by far the s44 key the 15 keys you have sounds about right to get you going on most vehicles.
on snap-ons website you can get a chart that shows you a basic and i mean basic what key does what chart.
if i was you i would start picking cars in the scanner and see if you have the key in your 15 for it if not have a look on ebay for it but get a price from snap-on first theres plenty people on ebay selling them at 2 to 3 times what they cost new, same goes for leads too theres a seller on ebay selling loads of bmw bm-1b leads for £45 + £4.95 postage when there only £37 delivered from snap-on.

I found a chart inside the box that had the entire list

I tried it on my wifes newer kia. worked like a charm on the engine mode. Now from my understanding, all scanners have gaps in coverage except oem factory. Do you or anyone else know what gaps in coverage this scanner has?

Also, this did not come with the cf card. what is that for? Recording history while driving or when the car experienced a momentary hiccup and review for playback?

Ignore the CF card. Put a Kingston or Sandisk thumb drive in (right beside the cf-card slots). Go down to SETUP and tell the machine to "save to" INTERNAL-!!. (loses time when saving to the external devices) Then when you're finished the test drive you can go into "data management" and review what you have recorded, "select all" and "Copy" and the files will copy to the thumb drive. Then you can take the usb-stick to your computer and save the files in SSC (ShopStream-Connect, which can be downloaded from this SnapOn site)
Once you've got your recorded files safely stored, you can delete them from the machine and you're good for the next vehicle or drive and repeat the process.
How you save files in ShopStream on your computer is up to you. I use folders starting with Customer Name, then Vehicle.....some guys like to use VIN for folders.
BTW....stay with the 10.2 for now. The 10.4 was FUBAR.

Page 69 in this PDF Shows the Keys and Optional things for Euro Coverage

If you read the full PDF it will show you what is included for 10.2 and Lower coverage by color, then you can see what was added to later Coverage.
